Privacy Policy

Last updated: Sept 15, 2026

Ucore Rare Metals Inc. (“Ucore,” “we,” “us” or “our“) is responsible for the personal information we collect through ucore.com and our investor newsletter. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who receives it and the choices available to you.

You can browse our website and subscribe to our newsletter without accepting optional analytics or advertising cookies. Newsletter subscriptions and cookie permissions are separate choices. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request our newsletter, we collect your email address and any name or other details you choose to provide. We also keep subscription status, preferences and records of consent, confirmation and unsubscribe requests. If you email us, we receive your contact details and the information in your message.

Website information. Our website and its service providers receive technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times and error or security logs. This operational information is separate from optional analytics and advertising tracking.

Analytics and advertising information. With the relevant cookie permission, we collect information about pages viewed, website interactions, referral sources, ad clicks, approximate location and successful newsletter form submissions. This may include cookie identifiers, device or browser identifiers and advertising click identifiers. These identifiers can distinguish a browser without telling us the visitor’s name.

Email engagement and consent information. Where email tracking is enabled, Mailchimp records delivery, opens and link clicks, along with related technical information, to help us understand newsletter performance. CookieYes records cookie choices and related consent information so we can apply and demonstrate those choices.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  1. Send the Ucore news and investor updates you request and manage your subscription.
  2. Respond to messages and privacy requests.
  3. Operate, secure and troubleshoot our website and communications.
  4. Understand website and newsletter performance, subject to the choices described in this policy.
  5. Measure advertising results and show relevant Ucore ads to previous website visitors when they allow advertising tracking.
  6. Record consent, honour preferences and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent our newsletter mailing list or give it to another business for its own marketing.

Newsletters and Mailchimp

We use Mailchimp, an Intuit service, to manage subscriptions and send newsletters. Subscriber information and subscription records are processed through Mailchimp for these purposes.

Our website signup uses double opt-in. After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email. You must confirm your email address before the signup is completed and you receive regular newsletters.

If you allow the relevant analytics or advertising tracking, we may record a successful form submission as a conversion before you confirm your email. This measures the response to our website or ads. It does not complete your newsletter subscription or give permission for additional tracking.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing cookie permission does not unsubscribe you, and unsubscribing does not change your cookie settings.

Website cookie settings do not control tracking pixels or tracked links inside emails. You can limit image loading through your email application, where supported, or unsubscribe. Learn more in Mailchimp’s Cookie Statement and Intuit’s Global Privacy Statement.

Cookies and your preferences

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Related technologies, including tags and pixels, can also collect information about your interaction with a website or message. We use CookieYes to manage website cookie choices.

Necessary technologies support functions such as website security, delivery and remembering your privacy choices. They remain active where needed to provide the site. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent the technical processing needed to operate the website or handle a form you submit.

Analytics technologies help us understand website use and performance. Advertising technologies measure ad responses and support advertising based on previous website visits.

We activate optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags only after the relevant permission is given. You can accept, reject or customize optional cookies through the banner and change your choice using the website’s cookie preferences control. Details of identified cookies, their purposes and durations are available in that control.

Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking through the affected website tools. It does not automatically delete information already collected. You can contact us about deletion as described below. Cookie preferences generally apply to the browser and device where you make the choice. You may need to choose again if you clear cookies or use another browser or device.

You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect some website functions.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions on our website. We use Google Ads to measure advertising results and reach people who have previously visited our website. Google Tag Manager manages the website tags used for these services.

When the relevant tracking is permitted, Google receives technical and interaction information, such as page addresses, IP address, cookie or device identifiers and events such as a successful signup form submission. Our tracking configuration does not send newsletter email addresses, names or form contents to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may show Ucore advertisements on websites and apps across the Internet. They may use cookies or device identifiers to select ads based on previous visits to our website. We may also use website activity to avoid showing repeated signup ads after a form has been submitted.

Google’s handling of information depends on the service, settings and your choices. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services. You can manage or turn off Google’s personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Turning off personalization does not remove all advertising.

Sharing and advertising choices

We disclose information to service providers that help operate our website and communications, including hosting and security providers, Mailchimp, CookieYes and Google, as described above. Authorized personnel and professional advisers may access information where needed for their work. We require appropriate protections from providers processing personal information on our behalf. Some providers, including Google, also process information for purposes explained in their own privacy notices and applicable service terms.

We may disclose information when legally required or permitted, including to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or address fraud and security incidents. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections.

Although we do not sell or rent our mailing list, disclosures of online identifiers and browsing activity for personalized advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable US state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.

To opt out of this website advertising activity, reject advertising cookies or turn them off through the cookie preferences control. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an instruction to disable this advertising tracking for the browser sending the signal. We do not respond separately to older Do Not Track signals. You can also contact [email protected] for help with your choices.

Where information is processed and how long we keep it

Our providers may process or store personal information in Canada, the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from those where you live. Information may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other authorities under the laws of the place where it is processed. We use contractual and other appropriate safeguards for information processed on our behalf.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal requirements. The period depends on the information and why it is held:

Subscriber details are kept while needed to provide and administer the subscription. After an unsubscribe request, limited consent and suppression records may be retained to demonstrate compliance and prevent unwanted emails.

Unconfirmed signup records are kept only as needed to administer the confirmation process, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Correspondence and privacy requests are kept as needed to resolve the matter, record our response and meet legal obligations.

Website logs, analytics, advertising and consent records are kept for the periods needed for security, measurement, preference management and compliance, taking account of the relevant provider settings.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it no longer identifiable, subject to required retention and backup procedures. Cookie expiry does not necessarily mean that related server records have been deleted. Contact us for information about retention of your records.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, learn how it has been used or disclosed, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, receive a portable copy or withdraw consent. Some US state laws also provide rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to appeal a refusal of a privacy request. These rights can be subject to exceptions and legal limits.

To make a request, email [email protected] or use the postal address below. Tell us what you are requesting and how you have interacted with Ucore. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate process. Cookie advertising opt-outs can be made through the website controls without an account.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain the reason, subject to lawful restrictions. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or email the privacy address with the subject “Privacy request appeal.”

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the relevant provincial privacy regulator or the privacy authority or attorney general applicable to your location. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Security and other websites

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and disclosure. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Our website may link to other websites or display third-party content, such as embedded videos. Loading or interacting with that content can disclose technical information to its provider. Optional tracking associated with embedded content is subject to the website’s cookie controls. Other websites and providers have their own privacy practices, which you should review.

Our website and investor newsletter are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact details

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest update. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent for changes where required by applicable law.
