Mr. Ryan is the Founder of Neocon International, a multi-million-dollar automotive OEM design and lean manufacturing company which he conceptualized in 1993. From its start-up he was the strategic architect responsible for raising capital, assembling and directing a team of R&D engineers, establishing niche product opportunities such as lighter weight materials tapping into OEM "green" initiatives, developing process QA standards and procuring equipment and facilities to deliver to international markets. Under Mr. Ryan’s leadership, Neocon was acquired in 2002 by Exco Technologies, Ltd., a publically traded TSX company. With this new structure Ryan was able to access additional capital to develop expanded manufacturing facilities in both the USA and Mexico serving customers such as Toyota, Nissan and General Motors. Mr. Ryan mentors MBA students and graduating design engineers from Dalhousie University from which he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is the recipient of the APENS Award from the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia as the most likely to serve society in an ethical manner.

Mr. Manuel is a Chartered Accountant with nearly two decades of experience providing consulting services to companies in a range of sectors, with a focus on the financial services and resource sectors. He joined Ucore after having spent a decade in the United Kingdom, providing assurance, strategic planning, corporate finance and other consulting services to a portfolio of both public and private entities including licensed banks, proprietary trading operations, and international corporate treasuries. Mr. Manuel has consistently demonstrated not only excellence in business, but also fairness and high ethical standards as required to maintain the confidence of investors and listed companies alike.

Mr. Manuel’s expertise encompasses accounting, financial reporting, due diligence, business planning, financial modelling, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, investments, and corporate finance. Mr. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Dalhousie University.

Chief Operating Officer

Since 1989, Mr. Schrider has been involved in manufacturing, engineering and managing complex structural and mechanical systems projects. He was the founder and president of Schrider & Associates, Inc. (SAi) and Alton Bay Design, LLC (ABD); both engineering services firms, for a period of 17 years. Prior to that he held various engineering and management roles in several North American shipyards and in a synthetic lubricant manufacturing facility.

Mr. Schrider received a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of New Orleans and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana. Mr. Schrider has also graduated with a Master of Engineering in Mining, Geological & Geophysical Engineering (Mineral Processing emphasis) from the University of Arizona.
